Twenty Essex is thrilled to be a part of this year’s London International Shipping Week (LISW), celebrating 10 years since it’s conception in September 2013.
On Wednesday 13 September at 14:00, we hosted a webinar on misdelivery claims and the practical issues raised.
In response to The International Group of P&I Clubs’ revised wordings of their standard form letters of indemnity having been published on 13 September 2023, Michael Collett KC‘s online talk below refers to the revised wording for delivery without production of bills of lading. Michael’s comments on these changes are also available to read in an edited form.
As well as our event, Arron Zitver and Robert Wheeler from our practice management team will be attending the LISW Gala Dinner on the Thursday (14 September).
Please feel free to get in touch for a coffee or a chat.
